Dan Curl is absolutely amazing. He inspected my first home. Not only did he inspect my home but he was very hands on… and educated me about my property. Dan Curl and Taylor were outstanding! They showed up on time and ready to work. Both are very friendly and easy to… get along with as well as being extremely knowledgeable. Dan and Taylor are both very, very thorough with their inspection. They told us about everything they found and described in detail the issues that came up, as well as all of the positives of the house. We got the inspection report the following morning, in detail. Dan responds to emails or text almost immediately and would recommend him and his team at the drop of a hat, and will definitely use him again.read more

Dan inspected the home we are purchasing. We selected him because of the high ratings he has received, and he did not… disappoint. He is methodical and thorough, and while pointing out issues or concerns, Dan also provides a deeper understanding of our future home based on the era it was built and the building codes that were in place at the time it was built compared to the current building codes. He also provided great information on preventative measures we can do to keep the home in tip top shape and improvements we could do to make the home more efficient. He was patient with our questions and concerns and addressed them in a way that helped us understand exactly what we need to prioritize when going back to the seller. We would highly recommend choosing Dan for your home inspection.read more
